Efectos de la Socialización Organizacional en la Salud Mental Positiva en el Trabajo

Resumen


La salud mental positiva en el trabajo explica el estado de bienestar que un individuo puede desarrollar en su respectiva organización y que le permite poseer una vida plena. Este artículo presenta los resultados de una investigación realizada para identificar los efectos de la socialización organizacional en la salud mental positiva en el trabajo. Se analizó una muestra de 389 participantes, a quienes se evaluó mediante el Inventario de Socialización Organizacional y el Cuestionario de Salud Mental Positiva en el Trabajo-40, en sus versiones en español. Los resultados indicaron que la socialización organizacional tuvo correlaciones positivas (.39, .23, .38 y .43), respectivamente con los componentes espiritual, cognitivo, conductual y socioafectivo de la Salud Mental Positiva en el Trabajo. Mediante el análisis de regresión se encontraron efectos combinados de los dominios de socialización organizacional en el factor socioafectivo de la salud mental positiva en el trabajo. Por ende, se discuten sus efectos y se realizan recomendaciones para realizar intervenciones.
