Abstract
The global transformations of financial systems resulted in regional changes in financial institutions and changed the relationship between the financial and nonfinancial sector, which is determined by the functions of credit, which in the case of Italy depend fundamentally Of its domestic demand, and that at regional level have an important role in relation to the financial system of the eurozone.
