Abstract

This article derives in part from a project dealing with the modes of lacustrine subsistence in prehispanic times. It presents the archaeological data obtained from excavations conducted at the site of Tepozoc-La Campana, located in the town of Santa Cruz Atizapan, State of Mexico. As an aid to archaeological interpretation ethnographic information was gathered regarding the use of lacustrine resources (flora and fauna) of the area.
