Abstract

"A possible image which portrays the epistolary activity of Cortazar, who worked fervently in this genre, could be a comparison with the hundreds of mailmen who deliver envelopes in different cities with their tongues hanging out", says the Argentinean writer Jorge Boccanera, whose article sent to us from Buenos Aires puts together some of the unedited letters which the great writer send to his friend Eduardo Hugo Castagnino over a 30 year period, starting with the poetry collection entitled Presencia and continuing to his great and famous novel Rayuela.
