Current risks of the sovereignty of our America

Abstract

Walter Martinez Alves, retired Uruguayan Brigadier, recalls in this article the USA intromissions in Our America, almost five thousand according to the Argentinean Master Gregorio Selser; and argues there are enough reasons to declare that this threaten remains dormant nowadays. Fresh in our memory is the imperialist presence in the coups d’état in the region, the indoctrination in the schools of the Pentagon of imposed dictators, as well as most of the military leaders in charge of the repression, torture, disappearance and murder of opponents.
