Guidelines to be Followed when Publishing in the Atención Familiar Journal

Abstract

In several institutions dedicated to the academic preparation of general practitioners and specialists, there are no formal courses on scientific writing, which leads to a lack of knowledge about the common elements that different types of medical articles should cover and makes it impossible to develop the necessary skills and abilities to disseminate knowledge. Given this context, the aim of this text is to provide guidelines for publishing different types of articles in the Atención Familiar Journal, and following and adhering to them will allow authors to increase the possibility of acceptance of their manuscripts.
