Abstract
The voting decisions as indicator of the relationship between state and citizens set the standard for the protection, satisfaction, comfort and evaluation of government towards sustainable human development. In this sense, the proximity of the election is an ideal place to observe post-materialism, environmentalism and sociopolitical phenomena. Indeed, the objective of this study was to establish the emergence of beliefs, values, perceptions, attitudes and intentions regarding the conservation of natural resources that are developing games and applications from environmentalists. However, the results warn of the incidence of economic, political and social issues affecting the relationship between citizens and government in terms of lifestyles governance relating to energy and water resources in a sample of 135 students peri. Such issues will be used to design public policies budgets optimization through the efficient use of resources and municipal services such as central issues on the public agenda.
