Crisis de la virtualidad distopía, ficción y realidad
Main Article Content
Abstract
In this essay, the concepts of virtuality, dystopia, and fiction are explored as elements of literary texts and distance learning through digital media as repercussions on our observation of reality are explored simultaneously. We start from the problems derived from the pandemic and the changes implied in the UNAM since the beginning of the confinement and shortly before it considers the student political problems in the CCH. In a second moment, the concept of virtuality of Deleuze and Lévy is used to talk about the consequences of the political invisibility of bodies. Finally, the Greek term of catharsis taken from Aristotle is explored to observe the implications of some literary and audiovisual works as examples of dystopias to end with a reflection on the importance of empathy in times of crisis.
