Modelo integral para la gestión de riesgos de conocimiento

Resumen
La presente investigación consiste en una revisión de la literatura sobre la gestión del conocimiento (KM), la gestión de los riesgos en general (ERM) y los modelos propuestos para la gestión de los riesgos de conocimiento (KRM). Derivado de la revisión de la literatura se propone un modelo para la gestión integral de riesgos de conocimiento que toma como base elementos de los modelos más populares de ERM en especial de la ISO 31000, se adicionan procesos clave de la gestión clave del conocimiento como la adquisición, asimilación y transferencia y se integran las diferentes categorías de riesgos de conocimiento descritas en la literatura para que sumado a la agenda de gestión de riesgos de toda la organización se procure por la mejora en la KRM.
