The various factors that are involved with eating behavior allow us to establish that it has lost the particular way of presenting itself, which is through physiological hunger that generally occurs in three times (morning, afternoon and night), but there are factors such as that can cause alterations in it, so it is relevant to differentiate between eating out of need to eat, out of desire or out of emotion. Therefore, various authors have focused on the study of the causes and consequences of eating emotionally, mainly due to the problems that are generated in physical and mental health.
