Abstract

History has demostrated the value and contribution of the elections for democracy, although the elections are an insufficient condition. The execution of honest and reliable elections is a necessary condition but not enough to access a real democratic life. The electoral processes are only the beginning of democracy and by no means the whole concepts of democracy.
