Abstract

This work aims to contribute in this field of knowledge and describe what the role of the State Congress in the State of Mexico in legislative activity and its relationship with the Executive. Based on the information available for the period between 1929 and 1975, it was evident the institutional weakness of the legislature and the limited ability to influence in decision making
