Objectives and effectiveness of the cognitive therapy for bipolars disorders

Abstract

The cognitive therapy for bipolars disorders instead of avoid the pharmacologists options, propitious that both treatments work together in order to improve their results. This work offers an organized presentation about objectives and central factors to attend in cognitive therapy for these sufferers (i.e., psicoeducation, medication´s adherence programmes, modification’s relational and familiar dynamic to the patient programmes). Also it presents a review about the effectiveness´ evidence and incidence of these factors in the disorders´ global treatments.
