Emotions form an experimented affective state which has physiological and endocrinal change, influenced by the experience (Sanchez-Aragón, 2007). Emotions affect all the life areas of human being. Due to the implications of emotions in the intra and interpersonal life of individual as well as in its personal well being, emerge the concept of emotional regulation. So, the way in which individual is when experience an emotion is control by different forms but no always is known if the execution was effective. Based on this, self-efficacy refers to the beliefs persons have about their capabilities (Bandura, 1986) to regulate their emotions. With this in mind, we designed and validated a measure of self-efficacy perceived in the emotional regulation. Findings show two areas: trait and state, which contain robust psychometric qualities with specific and interesting factors.
