Abstract

The use of histories in children’s therapy is transcendental, because gives them an environment to work on a certain problem; where fantasy, magic and rituals agree in a powerful way to bring answers. As an example of the work done, there is a case of a ten years old treated for a problem of obsessive behavior, like constantly washing her hands, didn’t eat because she felt fat and as a result put in danger her mental and emotional health. The individual and family Therapy combination helped her to overcome the situation.
