Pareja y adolescencia: Un análisis desde la perspectiva del vínculo.

Abstract

The relationships of couples begin since the time when the human person starts to have some type of attachment with the caregiver, which generally is the mother. This highlights the importance of conducting research on this topic, from the perspective of attachment theory. Using a paper-and-pencil evaluation instrument, the purpose of this article is to evaluate the type of attachment in adolescence and to make correlations between the score values of childhood and adolescence regarding the type of attachment and the relationship among couples. Some of the results suggest that there is a higher correlation between friends and the couple than in other relationships. The findings are discussed and suggestions are made for further research.
