Abstract

Playing games has an important role in developing of children’s personality. Both in the context of the families and as at school, the children use part of their time playing, according to their ages and preferences, either individually or in groups. The aim of this article is to identify the games that children play first at second and third grades: those which are practiced at school, in the neighborhood or at home, and their favorite ones, to analyze the importance and their influence on the development of the child’s personality. 2167 children of 5-13 years of age, of every grade level from first to 3rd grade, both private and official schools. In order to compared the games that children play with those mentioned in the literature about developing the child’s personality.
