Abstract

In this video, Dr. Morten Flate Paulsen, who has dedicated his life to online education, as seen in his four open-access books (https://www.nooa.no/my-online-education-world/), emphasizes the importance of flexibility in this mode of learning. From his own high school in Norway, he observes the needs of his adult students, both work-related and personal. It is a call to offer the flexibility to start studying at any time, to progress at one's own pace, and even to decide when to complete the assessments.
