Abstract

This article critically analyzes the current situation of modern man, starting with the conceptual creation of the whole, the sense of justice of man in society against the State and the crisis that society is going through.

Author Biography

Patricia Daniela Lucio Espino, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México

She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Law, with honors, from the UNAM School of Law. She specializes in Industrial Property from IPIDEC and is a PhD candidate at the UNAM Institute of Legal Research. She is a full-time professor at the UNAM School of Law. She is a member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property A.C. and the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property, as well as the Inter-American Copyright Institute.
