Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has transformed data collection and processing in the cultural field, allowing the cultural and creative industries to gain valuable insights into audience behavior and cultural market trends. However, this massive handling of information, ranging from personal identification data to sensitive data, poses the challenge of ensuring rigorous and transparent processing within the cultural digital system.

Ivan Enrique Santos Ayala Acuña, National Autonomous University of Mexico

Mexican. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at La Salle University. Holds a Master's degree in Law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Currently conducts research in the area of ​​intellectual property, with a special interest in copyright, the ethics of artificial intelligence, and the philosophy of law.
