Abstract

In 1960 he founded the Center for Latin American Studies (CELA) within the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences, UNAM. Since its inception the CELA has been actively involved in the knowledge of the reality of Latin America and its most pressing problems, always depriving the highest bolivariamo spirit and academic diversity.
