Abstract

The article explores the reality and the constitution effects of registered subjects in the contemporary problematization of poverty and its relief through community participation (World Bank-PRONASOL). Different order restrictions, especially from the area of free market as automatism, are exercised on the most vulnerable groups. Social policy and repressive dissuasion (Chiapas), joint to a systematical discipline environment for the precariousness life and work conditions, converge to restrict options and to establish minimal subjects, submitted. These subjects’ multiple resistance means participation proposals, autonomy and responsibility.
