All submitted articles are evaluated by external reviewers who are independent of the editorial team, ensuring an impartial and objective process. The evaluation is conducted under a double-blind system, which ensures that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the process.

Technical Review
The editor-in-chief conducts an initial review of the article to ensure it meets editorial standards and quality criteria. If the article meets these requirements, it proceeds to the next stage of peer review. This technical review process generally takes one week.

Peer Review
In the peer review stage, two experts in the central topic of the article evaluate its quality and relevance. This double-blind evaluation process lasts approximately three weeks. The possible outcomes are: "publishable", "not publishable", or "publishable with revisions". In the latter case, the reviewers' suggestions and observations will be sent to the author for revisions.

Author Revisions
The author has a period of 30 days to make the necessary revisions and submit the revised version of the article. Once the corrected version is received, the article will be reviewed again to verify that the suggested changes have been made. If the author does not meet the deadline, the article may be rejected.

Editing
Before final publication, articles undergo an editing process in which formatting, style, and grammar are reviewed. The goal is to prepare the article for publication in various digital formats (PDF, HTML, eBook, XML). This editing process can take between one to two months, depending on the length of the article.

Publication
Once the article's galley proofs are approved, it will be published in the issue determined by the editor-in-chief. The author will be notified when the article is available in the publication.
