Risk and Mitigation in Social Housing Threatened by Disturbance Agents

Abstract
Social housing, which forms the patrimony of millions of Mexican families, is exposed on a daily basis to disturbance agents that generate risks. To mitigate these risks, it is essential to understand the vulnerabilities of their homes, above all those located in high-density developments. This essay addresses the possibility of establishing mitigation codes based on qualitative and quantitative evaluations, using simple mathematical models.
